This is it -- the ultimate Waltham railroad grade pocket watch!

This is a size 16 Waltham Vanguard with 23 jewels and an up-down wind indicator [no, that doesn't tell you which way the wind is blowing -- it indicates how much the watch is currently wound!] The watch is adjusted to temperature and 5 positions and, as with all railroad grade watches from this period, it's stem wind and lever set. The watch is housed in a nice unengraved gold-filled railroad style case. The serial number [19064340] dates it to about 1913.
